Time Odds For Lichess is an extension for Chrome that allows you to give time odds to your opponent with a single click.

Once this extension is installed there will be a new button next to your time which you can click to give your opponent time odds.

You can set the amount of time you want to give your opponent by clicking the gear icon and then adjusting it.
